Our Dance on a cloud features The Chauvet Nimbus dry ice machine. During your first dance, wow your guests with an amazing presentation, perfectly timed for the best effect. Service area includes Valdosta and within a 90 mile radius. Service outside of this 90 mile radius will incur travel charge of $250.00 + $0.56/mi. for locations within 250 Miles of Valdosta, Georgia. Understanding Dance on a Cloud: This effect is very special but requires adequate planning and coordination to ensure the effect achieves its desired look. Dry ice is a very cold substances that when mixed with hot water released a non-toxic, odorless gas/vapor that stays low to the ground and then dissipates. While this effect is not known to set off any fire alarms. However, it is critical that this effect is cleared with your venue prior to booking. In addition, we will order our dry ice ahead of your event. Dry ice sublimates (melts) at a rate faster than typical water based ice. Our dry ice machine uses 10 pounds of dry ice per effect. We typically order 30 pounds of dry ice ahead of your event as we expect to lose about 10 pounds of dry ice per 24hrs. It is important that we know exactly when this effect will be used and that your timing is near perfect. Once we load the dry ice machine, we have approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute to drop the dry ice into the water. If the water becomes too cool from the dry ice waiting, the effect will be ruined. We will load the dry ice at the absolute last possible moment prior to it being released!
